Hi I’m Lindsay and I LOVE food!
It’s my favourite thing about living in Toronto and traveling. I love discovering new tastes! I try to maintain a clean eating lifestyle full of whole fresh food. Mostly I eat a vegetarian diet but I do enjoy seafood at times and next to hot sauce, adding pickles is always a good idea.
In recent years, because of some digestive health challenges, I have not always been able to eat the food I would like. I have learned what works for me and made necessary modifications to my favourite dishes so I can enjoy them. It’s all a part of my fresh food journey.
